Project Challenge: Bringing a Classic Series Back to Life
The project began with an outdated series written in archaic Hebrew and illustrated with simple, aging artwork. The goal was to completely reimagine the books while preserving the authentic spirit of the original stories. Every volume was rewritten in clear, engaging literary Hebrew for young readers, accompanied by a unique illustrated visual identity, chapter decorations, and carefully crafted layouts that give the series a rich, contemporary appearance.

The entire series was professionally laid out in Adobe InDesign.
The interior design balances readability with a rich visual experience, carefully integrating typography, illustrations, and page rhythm.
The illustrations were developed using several AI-assisted creative tools as part of the concept and composition process. Each illustration was then extensively refined in Adobe Photoshop through detailed color correction, painting, compositing, and manual retouching until it perfectly matched the story and atmosphere.
Every image went through multiple iterations to achieve complete harmony between the illustration and the accompanying text.
