Cover Design
The cover was designed to capture the sense of hope, inspiration, and spiritual connection found throughout the book. A dramatic composition, carefully crafted lighting, and a unique visual perspective work together to create a memorable first impression while reflecting the emotional tone of the stories inside.
Art Direction
Unlike historical or fantasy projects, this book required a modern and realistic visual approach. The illustrations were created to accompany contemporary stories of personal challenges, choices, and faith, making them immediately relatable to today's readers.
Particular attention was given to facial expressions, emotion, and everyday details, allowing both younger and adult readers to connect naturally with the characters and situations portrayed throughout the book.
The illustrations were developed using AI-assisted creative tools to explore composition and lighting before being extensively refined in Adobe Photoshop. Each image underwent careful digital painting, color correction, and detailed retouching to ensure a consistent artistic language across the entire collection, creating a seamless and engaging reading experience.
